Serving Suggestions: Red beans and rice are a Monday tradition in New Orleans. In a 2 quart saucepan, combine 3 1/4 cups water, 1 tablespoon butter or margarine and Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice. If you would like, add 1/2 pound or so of your favorite cooked sausage. Stir thoroughly and bring to boil. Stir, reduce heat, cover and simmer over low heat 25 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Stir and serve. For extra New Orleans zing, add a drop or two of Tabasco Pepper Sauce to your serving.
