Red Beans and Rice Recipe

3 quarts cold water
4 onions, chopped
4 toes of garlic, chopped
2 pounds smoked sausage
2 pounds ham trimmings
Salt & pepper to taste
Hot sauce (optional)
Creole seasoning (optional)
