Serving Suggestions: In a saucepan, melt 5 tbsp of margarine, add Shrimp Creole Base Mix, and cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 2 cups of water and an 8 oz can of tomato sauce. Mix. Add 1 pound of peeled shrimp (you may substitute peeled crawfish or boneless chicken) and cook uncovered for 15 minutes on low heat stirring often (make sure shrimp/chicken is properly cooked). Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
