Make your favorite fruit cobbler with this easy to prepare cobbler mix from the kitchen of Louisiana Fish Fry Products. Tastes great with your favorite fresh or canned fruit.
Serving Suggestions: Preheat oven at 375 degrees F. In a saucepan melt 1/2 stick of butter or margarine (4 tablespoons), and pour into a 9X9 baking pan. Combine Cobbler Mix with 2/3/cup of milk and mix until smooth. Poor the batter into baking dish. Add one 16oz can of fruit (peaches, blueberries or apples), including syrup. If using canned apples, mix Cobbler Mix with 3/4 cup of milk. Bake at 375% for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm (and of course, a scoop of ice cream on the side never hurts).
