If you like the flavor of jasmine rice, you'll love the rich flavor and aroma of Louisiana-grown Jazzmen Rice.
For generations, the most flavorful rice Americans have eaten has been Jasmine rice imported to the U.S. from Asia. Jasmine is recognized for having the most desirable "gummy" white texture after cooking and has a delicious aroma before, during and after cooking.
Now, after over a decade of testing and development, Louisiana-grown Jazzmen Rice gives you a made-in-America alternative for the full flavor of jasmine rice.
Bring 1 3/4 cups water to a boil. Add 1 cup of Jazzmen White Jasmine Rice and bring back to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 18 - 20 minutes. Remove from heat, keeping covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Serves about 4.
