Enjoy classic New Orleans BBQ Shrimp with Cookin' Cajun's BBQ Shrimp Salt Free Seasoning.
Package Instructions: Season 1 pound of large unpeeled shrimp, preferably with heads on. In a large skillet on medium heat, melt 2 sticks of butter and add 1/4 cup of Worcestershire Sauce. Place pre-seasoned shrimp in the skillet. Cast iron works best, but you can use any oven safe container. Cook in preheated oven at 400 degrees until shrimp are pink (about 8 to 10 minutes). Spoon sauce and shrimp into individual bowls. Serve with hot bread.
-- New Orleans BBQ shrimp are delicious, but messy. Have an empty container available for the heads and shells, and have extra napkins close by.
--This is salt free seasoning. If you prefer, you may also want to sprinkle a little salt on the shrimp when you pre-season them.
--The package directions call for 1 pound of heads-on shrimp. Depending on your appetite, and what additional salad/sides/etc. you are also having, 1 pound of heads-on shrimp will probably be enough for about 2 people.
