Serving Suggestion for basic gravy or roux: In a saucepan, whisk 1 cup Tony's Chachere's Instant Roux Mix with 2 cups cool water. Bring to boil. After mixture begins to thicken, remove from heat. Continue to stir until well mixed. For a thinner gravy, slowly stir in additional water until desired consistency is reached.
