Jambalaya (pronounce "jum-buh-lie-yuh") is seasoned rie combined with meat, seafood and or poultry. Luzianne Cajun and Creole dinners are made from time-tested recipes prepared by New Orleans experts since 1903.
Serving Suggestions: Cook one pound of meat (chicken, sausage, ham, beef, shrimp, crawfish or your favorite comination). Combine meat with 3 cups water or chicken broth, 2 tablespoons cooking oil and bring to a boil. Add Luzianne Jambalaya mix, cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Ingredients: rice, red and green bell peppers, modified food starch, onion, hydrolyzed soy protein, salt, flour, spices, natural flavors, celery, monosodium glutamate, red pepper, caramel color, sodium sulfite as a preservative.
