Serving Suggestions: Cook 2-8 lbs of chicken and/or sausage. In 4qt pot add 2 to 2.5 qts of cold chicken stock or water to Gumbo mix. When mix is dissolved, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Serve over cooked rice and enjoy.
