Serving Suggestions: Place beignet mix in small mixing bowl and add approx. ¾ cup milk. Mix well. Place dough on floured surface. Dust with all purpose flour. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into approx. 2 ¼ inch squares. Fry squares in 2 -3 inches of oil at 370 F, turning once during cooking time of approx.. 2 - 3 minutes. Drain oil from beignets. Serve while hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
