Original Essence - The secret to good cooking is in the seasoning. My Original Essence is perfectly balanced, a blend of spices and herbs to complement meat or fowl, fish veggies and pasta. Italian Essence - Kick it up a notch with Emeril's Essence line of seasonings. This no-sodium Essence enhances most Italian-style dishes. Shake or rub it on meats, poultry or fish before cooking.
