We don't know why it's called BBQ Shrimp, because you don't cook these shrimp on the barbeque pit. Don't worry about it, 'cause this tastes great!
Recipe for Creole Barbeque Shrimp: In a large skillet melt 1/2 cup of butter on medium heat. When butter is completely melted, add 3 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce. Place 1 lb. of large, unpeeled (head on) shrimp. Add 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp. ANDY ROO'S BBQ Shrimp Seasoning. Cook shrimp 3-5 minutes, turn & add 1 tbsp. ANDY ROO'S BBQ Shrimp Seasoning. Cook until shrimp are done. Serve hot with French bread. (1 lb. of shrimp serves about 3 people.)
